Yes. Test Drive lets you use Moovs free to try it before committing to a paid plan. You get 3 users, 10 vehicles, and 10 drivers, with no credit card required and no time limit. Most operators upgrade to Standard or Pro as their business outgrows the limits.

Do you charge per trip?

No. Moovs is a flat monthly subscription regardless of how many trips you run. Standard is $149/month, Pro is $199/month, Enterprise is custom. Payment processing fees apply separately when customers pay by card.

What's included in the Standard plan?

Standard ($149/month) includes unlimited vehicles and drivers, 3 users, full dispatch and reservation management, the driver app, customer booking portal, and payment processing at 3.4% + $0.30. There's a one-time $299 setup fee.

What's the difference between Standard and Pro?

Pro ($199/month) adds 2 more users, unlimited promo codes, lower card processing rate (3% vs 3.4%), and access to premium add-ons like the Branded Passenger App, CRM Email Automation, and Moovs Insights.

When should I upgrade to Enterprise?

Most operators move to Enterprise when they cross ~20 vehicles, need integrations with QuickBooks or Samsara, or want access to AI features like Bulk Trip Import, AI Scheduler, and Contact Center. Enterprise starts at $999/month and includes white-glove migration.

Do you offer migration from Limo Anywhere or FASTTRAK?

Yes. Enterprise customers get free white-glove migration with a 30-day parallel run, dedicated account manager, and Driver Adoption Guarantee. We've migrated hundreds of operators off Limo Anywhere, FASTTRAK, and Santa Cruz.
